All tour costs are in Australian Dollars and include:
- Twin share villa accommodation.
- All continental breakfasts, light lunches (e.g. panini, pizza al taglio), and dinners for the duration of the tour. Glass of wine with dinner.
- All transfers to local train station.
NOT INCLUDED IN TOUR PRICE:
- Airport taxes
- Travel insurance, however, please note that travellers on Tours of Tuscany tours must have comprehensive travel insurance. We will require evidence including policy number, insurers name and emergency contact number before we finalise your booking.
- Entry fees to museums/galleries and other places wherever entry fees apply (pre-purchase of tickets can be arranged).
- All lunches and meals not specifically listed above.
- All personal expenditure.
Transfer from Rome or Firenze Airports or Train Stations. Visit to Wellness Centre. Cooking Classes. Additional day tours.
Activities beyond the specified tours listed on this website are subject to additional costs.

All tours are based on a Saturday to Saturday stay with us:

- Check OUT: 10.00 am
Our tour groups have been designed for a group of no more than 6 people per week to ensure that your needs and enjoyment is always our top priority.

PRICES, DEPOSITS, AND PAYMENTS:
Prices shown are per person, double occupancy, in Australian Dollars. A single supplement of AUD400 will apply to single occupancy.
The deposit is 25% of the overall tour price, or as listed
on the tour registration form is required at time a booking
is confirmed. No booking will be reserved until the prescribed
deposit is received.
Balance of the payment will be due within 30 days of booking
Deposits and balance of payments are accepted by electronic funds transfer. Bank details are incorporated on this website on the “make a payment” page and also on the invoice which will be forwarded to you upon confirmation of your tour.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
All tours, travel arrangements and accommodations are secure from the
time of confirmation of booking. Consequently a cancellation fee will
apply on all cancellations.
If you cancel your tour reservation for any reason, your first
deposit of 25% is non-refundable. A cancellation more
than 60 days before tour starting date: 60% of your total
tour cost is refundable.
A cancellation more than 30 days but less than 60 days before
tour starting date: 50% of your total tour cost is refundable
for physician documented emergency medical reasons or for
police documented cases of accident, flood, fire, or crime.
Cancellations less than 30 days from the tour start date,
a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the tour cost will apply.
We do not provide refunds for: non-medical personal problems;
air carrier delays or cancellations; inability to obtain passports;
business problems or emergencies; etc.
In the unlikely event that we would cancel your tour, you
would be entitled to a 100% refund within 2 weeks after the

to cover cancellation coverage, airline tickets, trip delay, lost luggage
or any potential medical expenses.
You are allowed one suitcase and one carry-on bag.
If you exceed this limit there may not be space in the vehicle to transport
your excess luggage and it will be at your own expense to have it transported
throughout the tour. We suggest that you bring a day pack for carrying
water, guide books, jacket, rain gear, etc.
Most medieval towns
were built as hilltop fortifications, so you will find some
challenging climbs. There is a lot of walking on our tours
and you will spend a lot of time on your feet while sightseeing.
Age is not important as long as you are physically fit and
a strong walker. Our tours are not suited for anyone who has
problems with knees, back, heart or obesity.
We have space available for one or two singles on each of our tours.
They are provided with single-use double rooms. The additional single
supplement cost will apply.
Our recommended tours and dates, as listed in our web site, are guaranteed
once a booking is confirmed. Your additional expenses will be for non-included
meals, moderate tipping where appropriate, and personal sightseeing
LIMIT OF LIABILITY:
No responsibility is accepted for any loss, expense, accident, injury,
or damage to any person or property due to the actions or omissions
of any person, or any cause, including but not limited to acts of God,
acts of terrorism, war, strikes, defects in machinery, breakdown of
equipment, weather, quarantine, negligence, loss of baggage, or other
causes beyond our control, such losses being the responsibility of the
MEMBERSHIP ON TOUR:
Tours of Tuscany Pty Ltd reserves the right to accept, reject, or not
retain any person as a tour participant whose condition or general deportment
impedes the operation of the tour or, in the opinion of the tour manager,
affects the rights and enjoyment of other guests. A guest not retained
on tour shall have no cause for complaint or refund, and shall bear
any and all extra expenses that ensue.
All information on this website is, to the best of our knowledge, correct.
However, we reserve the right to make changes in accommodations, visits,
and itineraries at any time should it become necessary or desirable.
Delays or itinerary changes caused by strikes, bad weather, traffic,
or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control and we are
not obliged to pay guests compensation
