Tour cost includes: an unforgettable journey through Tuscany.

accommodation for 14 nights in a Tuscan Villa with all modern
facilities.

panini) dinners at a local trattoria; for the duration of

This
tour is for the traveller who wishes to spend more time
in each location.
We also take in a touch of Umbria, with visits to Assisi
and Perugia.
We incorporate the locations offered in "A Taste of
Tuscany", however, more time is spent in each of these
locations allowing the individual to really indulge in their
own interests.
We travel to Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Florence, Cortona,
Chianti, Montepulciano, Pienza.
We spend one whole day in each of these places, simply indulging
in all that each unique location has to offer. Some would
prefer the food and wine, others the art and culture. The
shopping, of course, is ever present in many magnificent
forms. From the stunning Italian ceramics, to the designer
boutiques and the many art galleries.
As part of this tour we also take in two important locations
of Umbria, with visits to Perugia and Assisi.
Set on the slopes of Mt Subasio, Assisi is a true gem and
a medieval city, which has remained unchanged for centuries
and is still protected by massive city walls. Irrespective
of your beliefs, Assisi leaves a true inspirational impression.
Perugia, being the capital of Umbria has also become famous
for Perugina chocolate, the "Baci" (kisses) chocolates,
are exported worldwide. It also houses the famous Universita
per Stranieri, (Foreigners University), serving as an Italian
language and culture school for students from all over the
world.
A truly stylish shopping experience awaits at one of the
many designer outlets, which are quite famous, nevertheless
not widely advertised.
Three free days are incorporated in this tour, which allows
one the choice of simply enjoying the ambience of the general
surroundings, leisurely walks, relaxing by the pool.
Alternatively we can drive you to one of the local townships
where you can "explore and enjoy" at your leisure.
Where possible we do encourage our guests to take in one
of the local markets.
